Clomoska cream is a combination of two medicines -Mometasone + Clotrimazole, which treat fungal skin infections.
Mometasone is a steroid that blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the skin red, swollen and itchy. Clomska cream with mometasone furoate and clotrimazole is an antifungal medicine, prescribed for local fungal infections. This medication prevents fungal growth on the skin.
Clomoska is an antifungal that stops the growth of fungi by preventing them from forming their protective covering. Clomoska works to kill individual fungal cells by altering the permeability of the fungal cell wall. It binds to phospholipids in the cell membrane and inhibits the biosynthesis of ergosterol and other sterols required for cell membrane production.
